Induction Programme

During the 1-week school initiatory programme at Govt. HSS Kazhakuttom, my exposure to diverse teaching scenarios enriched my teacher training. The teaching and non-teaching staffs from the school had an inclusive attitude which helped us develop a rapport with the school easily.

Interacting with the lively Class I class was both delightful and informative. It offered a hands-on experience in managing the unique dynamics of early childhood education, emphasizing the importance of creativity and patience.

Teaching class 8 allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to a higher grade, honing my instructional skills. The engagement with older students allowed me to understand the nuances of catering to diverse learning needs within a single class.

The substitution period with students preparing for the youth festival was a dynamic challenge, testing my adaptability. Observing classes conducted by experienced teachers broadened my understanding. It provided insights into various teaching styles, classroom management techniques, and effective ways to impart knowledge. 

This holistic experience in has significantly contributed to my growth as a teacher trainee, preparing me for the multifaceted role of an educator.
