During my fifth week of the school internship, I focused on enhancing my teaching techniques and classroom management skills. I implemented lesson plans that incorporated interactive activities to engage students actively in learning. Observing student behavior patterns helped me tailor my approach to better meet their needs. Throughout the week, I developed better time-management skills to cover syllabus content more efficiently. I took note of areas in need of improvement, especially in differentiating instruction for diverse learners. Overall, this week was valuable in building my confidence and adaptability as an educator.
